2) Social Casino / No Real-Money Gambling

• The Service is a social casino-style game for entertainment only.
• No real-money gambling: you cannot wager real currency to win real currency.
• No prizes of monetary value are offered through gameplay.
• Virtual currency/items (e.g., coins, credits, boosts) have no cash value, are non-transferable and non-redeemable, and cannot be exchanged for real money or anything of value outside the Service.

3) Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for your account activity and maintaining password/device security.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, suspected fraud, or security risks.

4) Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use bots, automation, cheats, or exploits; (b) reverse engineer or interfere with the Service; (c) harass others or post unlawful content; (d) violate any applicable laws; (e) buy/sell/transfer accounts or virtual items outside permitted features.

5) Virtual Currency & Purchases

• We may offer virtual currency/items for purchase for use only within the Service.
• All purchases are for digital items with no cash value and no right of redemption.
• Pricing, availability, and included items may change. Virtual balances may also be adjusted to correct errors or address abuse.
• Refunds are handled by the platform/provider used for purchase and as required by applicable Canadian consumer laws; otherwise, purchases are final.

6) Service Changes & Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service (including games, features, and virtual items) at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” WildflowerNights is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of virtual currency/items. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8) Disputes & Governing Law

Please contact us first to try to resolve issues informally. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, and disputes will be brought in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.

9) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply when posted on this page. If you continue to use the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
